Mission Statement

Redeeming Fast Food, One Frank at a Time
At Franktuary, we believe in good food. Franktuary has transformed the humble frankfurter from its New York City street cart roots to serve it quickly, elegantly, and with a variety of fresh, creative toppings and sides.

Essential to human life, good food is also the place where conversation, community, and nutrition meet. Franktuary's founders are always searching for a healthier, better tasting frank, and are soon to introduce an organic frankfurter made of grass-fed beef, raised without hormones or pesticides; ultimately, a frankfurter that is better for the farm animal, for the earth, and for you. Stay tuned...

Redeeming Fast Food, One Relationship at a Time
At Franktuary, you are not just a number. Your choice to eat here establishes a relationship between the shoppe and you, and our desire is for you to experience the utmost in hospitality. All staff members are aware that our patrons enable our restaurant's existence, and, therefore, that we exist to serve you.

We also believe that Franktuary is a great place to build new relationships. Bring your family, your work group, or your friends; relax on our couch, chat with our staff, or meet someone new. We're convinced that inside every customer is a great person waiting to be known.

Redeeming Fast Food, One Dollar at a Time
It's no secret: when you purchase food at Franktuary, you're probably spending more than you would at a chain restaurant. We believe, however, that your dollar is doing more good. We have high expectations of our employees, and pay them according to the hard work and good attitude that we require. Our food is as free of chemicals and additives as we can get or make it, and as much as possible we source local products to support our regional economy.

Finally, when you dine at Franktuary, you know that 1% of all store profits are returning to the very neighborhood in which the store stands, supporting community non-profits and charities which make the neighborhood, and even the world, a better place. Your dollar spent at Franktuary contributes to a healthier you, a better neighborhood, and a more hopeful world!

Franks be to God!
